Some Effects, Taunts, Death Sounds, Tools and Perks are/were secret and can't be bought or even seen in the store without special requirements being met. Here are all the current ones:

Unstable Coil: The Unstable Coil requires you to have all previous speed coils. It randomly changes speed and flashes through white and black. it also allows you to move with a taunt active.

Wobbly Coil: The Wobbly Coil requires you to have all previous gravity coils. It randomly changes jump height.

Insecure Coil: The Insecure Coil requires you to have all previous health coils. It offers the second best health regeneration in the game.

Coils+ and ++: Get the previous version of a coil to unlock +, for example, if you buy a normal Spade Coil, you'll unlock Spade Coil +. Same thing with ++ except you need to buy Spade Coil +.

Orange Sans Eye: To get the Orange Sans Eye, you need to have the Sans Eye effect.

Thanos Sans Eye: To get the Thanos Sans Eye, you need to have the Orange Sans Eye effect.

Gnome Did Not Like That: Gnome Did Not Like That requires the Gnome emote and the Sans Eye effect. Once you buy them both, you can see it and buy it in the shop.

Dabber: Dabber is an expensive Effect that requires you to purchase Infinity Dab, Awesome Dance, Gamer Dab, Obama Coin, and Gnome Did Not Like That to appear in the Shop.

Stable Aura : Stable Aura requires you to purchase Dabber and 75 total Effects get it to appear in the Shop.

No Life Trophy: An Effect that requires you to purchase 75 Effects as well as Stable Aura for it to appear in the Shop for 100,000 Points. It's the most expensive item in the game.

Rich Trophy: A craft-able item that will only appear in the Craftsman's Shop after purchasing the Azure and Crimson Coils. Talking to Rich Wizard Dude after purchasing it will allow your particles to be painted golden.

Luminous Torch : A craft-able item that will only appear in the Craftsman's Shop after purchasing the Torch. It is much better at lighting up places than the Torch.

Hi-Pitched Taunt Sound: A perk that changes the pitch of the taunt you're using to 1.5. Requires you to buy 20 taunts.

Low-Pitched Taunt Sound: The same as the previous perk, but it changes the pitch of the taunt you're using to 0.75. Requires you to buy the previous perk and 20 taunts too.

Super Hi-Pitched Taunt Sound: Does the same thing as the Hi-Pitched Taunt Sound perk, but changes the pitch of the taunt you're using to 2. Requires you to buy 50 taunts.

Super Low-Pitched Taunt Sound: The same as the Low-Pitched Taunt Sound perk, but changes the pitch of the taunt you're using to 0.5. Requires you to buy the previous perk and 50 taunts too.

Reversed Taunt: The same as the 2 previous perks, but it mirrors the taunts animation you're using. Does not affect the music. Requires you to buy the 2 previous perks and 20 taunts or more too.

Reverb Taunt Sound: The same as other Taunt Sounds except it makes your taunts have an echo.

Flange Taunt Sound: The same as previous Taunt Sounds except it randomly changes the pitch.

Bass Taunt Sound : The same as previous Taunts Sounds except the bass is more prominent.

Treble Taunt Sound :The same as previous Taunt Sounds except the treble is more prominent.

Soul Power: A perk that requires you to acquire the Soul Stone. When equipped you have a chance of gaining points when other players disintegrate near you. Recently, it was buffed.

Egg: Complete the Egg-de-Generator quest in Jump Simulator to unlock this tool, it is unobtainable right now.

Halloween Effects/Taunts/Sounds/Tools: These were obtainable with candy, tickets, or gumdrops.

Winter Tools/Perks: These were obtainable by presents. See more info at Giftsplosion Presents.

Studio Crystals: Studio Crystals is an effect that is just obtainable if you're a Group Member or higher.

Guitarist: Guitarist is a taunt that is just obtainable if you're an Epic Gamer or higher.

Piano: Piano is a taunt that is just obtainable if you're a Contributor or higher.

Spinny Stars: Spinny Stars is an effect that is just obtainable if you're a Contributor or higher.

Gangnam Style: Gangnam Style is a taunt that resembles the R6's /e dance1 and it is just obtainable if you're a Moderator or higher.

Ban Hammer: The Ban Hammer is a tool that is just obtainable if you're a Moderator or higher.

Demon: Demon is an effect that is a reference to Veszteség's Sunsorb and it is just obtainable if you're a Developer or higher. It is the only MUGEN reference in the game that isn't removed.

The Funny: The Funny is a loud taunt that is just obtainable if you're a Developer or higher.

Backwards Long Jump: Backwards Long Jump is a taunt that is a reference to SM64's BLJ glitch and it is just obtainable if you're a Developer or higher.

Sugar: Sugar is a taunt which is a reference to Sugar from System of a Down and it is just obtainable if you're a Developer or higher.

Toilet : Toilet is a taunt which is a reference to the Po Twojej Pysznej Zupie Meme exclusive to Developers and higher.

Rado: Rado is a taunt exclusive to Developers and higher.

Sans is white: Sans is white is a Death Sound exclusive to Developer Rank and higher.

Present: Present was a taunt that was obtainable if you completed a quest from the Cake Connoisseur in the 1 Year Anniversary Event.

Radical Trophy: A special trophy tool given only to the first ten people to acquire the Soul Stone.

Infinichug: A green chug syrup that can be infinitely drunk and give you different sizes. The only three people who have it are hiroarakii, henryguy1234 and Sonicspeed7860.

Distortion Potion: A cocoa colored potion that distorts the music of the taunt you're using. Can only be given through the dev console.

Chocolate Egg of Outstanding Contribution: A chocolate egg with a white stripe of vanilla that is given manually to people that highly contributed to the community.

Gas Ring: A test tool available for a very short limited time in the Shop for 5 Candy, that works as a re-skinned Glass Ring.

Warhorn: A warhorn that, when used, will summon a point rain. It is only exclusive to Developers and higher.

Golden Warhorn: The same thing as the Warhorn, but, when used, will summon a Golden Point Rain. It is only exclusive to Developers and higher.

Fartma: A can filled with beans that will cause the player that ate it to fart really loudly and kill players near it. It is only exclusive to Developers and higher.

Your OWN Baseball Bat: A bat which was available to use in the April Fools Event 2019. It would kill anyone who had the permission to.

Ali-A Bat: The same as the previous bat, but will kill anyone who touches it. It is only exclusive to Developers and higher.

Chop Soup: The same thing as Soup, but when eaten, it will cause a crunching sound that'll cause the whole server to hear it. It is also a reference to System Of A Down's song Chop Suey! . It is only exclusive to Developers and higher.

Gravity: A blue neon cube that, when it targets an object or player, it'll proceed to levitate until it's released. The player who uses Gravity can take the object/player anywhere they want.

Infusion Altar: The Infusion Altar is a tool that does nothing at the moment, it is also a reference to Thaumcraft's infusion altar. It is exclusive to Developers and higher.

Electrorod: A huge metal rod that'll emit an electric beam which will cause a huge explosion when used. Exclusive to Developers and higher.

Crowbar: A crowbar item that does not serve any practical use but for vanity purposes exclusive to Developer rank and higher.

Infinity Gauntlet: Of course, our well known gauntlet. It used to be a gamepass that costed 800 robux between September and October 2018, but it is now unobtainable. It might come back, who knows. Maybe from someone...(More info at the Infinity Gauntlet page)

Mini Infinity Gauntlet : A mini version of the Infinity Gauntlet. It does the same thing but the range is much smaller and the sound effect is flangy. Exclusive to Developer rank or higher.

Gumdrop Staff : A staff that spawns Gumdrops from the Halloween Event 2021, it does a fart sound when a Gumdrop is spawned. Exclusive to Developer rank or higher.

Unobtainables: Unobtainables, like the Burden, Ultra Instinct and John Doe were obtainable during short periods of time or events.

There might be a lot more secret items, but they're just exclusive to Developers

Trivia

• When the shop was added to the game, there were no secret items.
• Gnome Did Not Like That has dual red eyes, unlike all the other eye effects.
• Stable Coil is currently not available yet, though it will be available in a future update needing a special requirement, who knows.
• Dabber will leave a huge trail if you walk with it. The speedier you are, the bigger it'll be.
• Egg, despite being nerfed, it is unique due to the fact it'll explode after being dropped. If you're near it, it'll fling you.
• Backwards Long Jump gives you the ability to fly.
• The Rado taunt does not grant you the permission to play your own music.
